Driving Directions from Boston
Take Route 93 South. At the Route 93/Route 3 split (in Braintree - about 7 miles from downtown Boston), bear to the left towards Route 3 South. Take the first exit (on the right, only 100+ yards from the split), Exit 18, Quincy T, Washington Street. The ramp will fork, stay to the left towards T and Quincy Center. Follow down hill to traffic lights. Take left at lights onto Centre Street. Take immediate left into Crown Colony Park. Go 250 yards and take first right onto Congress Street. There will be three buildings to your right, #300 is the middle building directly behind the small pond. Take a right at the end of the pond and then another right in front of our building. Go past the one-way circular drive and take the next left into the visitor parking area. Devine & Pearson is on fourth floor.
From the South Shore (Route 3)
Take Route 3 North to Exit 19, Quincy T, Washington Street. Follow ramp to traffic lights. Take left at lights onto Centre Street. Take immediate left into Crown Colony Park. Go 250 yards and take first right onto Congress Street. There will be three buildings to your right, #300 is the middle building directly behind the small pond. Take a right at the end of the pond and then another right in front of our building. Go past the one-way circular drive and take the next left into the visitor parking area. Devine & Pearson is on fourth floor.
From points South (Route I-95)
Take Route 95 North towards Boston. At the junction of 95, 93 and 128, follow the signs towards route 93 Boston (right exit). Go about 4-5 miles and you will approach a Route 93/Route 3 split in Braintree. Stay to the right as if you were taking Route 3 South towards Cape Cod. As you get off Route 93/128 and are preparing to get on Route 3, take the first exit on the right (only 100 yards from 93/128) which is Exit 18, Quincy T, Washington Street. The ramp will fork, stay to the left towards T and Quincy Center. Go past the entrance for the T parking garage and stay to the far left lane. At the bottom of the ramp you will come to a set of traffic lights. Take left at lights onto Centre Street. Take immediate left into Crown Colony Park. Go about 250 yards and take first right onto Congress Street. There will be three buildings to your right, #300 is the middle building directly behind the small pond. From points West
Take Route 95/128 South towards Providence and Boston. At the 95 split, follow the signs towards route 93 Boston (don’t get on 95 South to Providence). At the Route 93/Route 3 split in Braintree stay to the right as if you were taking Route 3 South towards Cape Cod. As you get off Route 93/128 and are preparing to get on Route 3, take the first exit on the right (only 100 yards from 93/128), which is Exit 18, Quincy T, Washington Street. The ramp will fork, stay to the left towards the T station and Quincy Center. Go past the entrance for the T parking garage and get in the far left lane. At the bottom of the ramp you will come to a set of traffic lights. Take left at lights onto Centre Street. Take immediate left into Crown Colony Park. Go 250 yards and take first right onto Congress Street. There will be three buildings to your right, #300 is the middle building directly behind the small pond. Take a right at the end of the pond and then another right in front of our building. Go past the one-way circular drive and take the next left into the visitor parking area. Take the Red Line to the Quincy Adams Station and exit the T facility at the lowest level. Walk out the door and turn to your right and walk through the Parking garage and out to Burgin Parkway. To your left you will see a set of lights, cross Burgin Parkway at those lights. Walk straight onto Centre Street. (you will see a Dunkin Donuts straight ahead on the right) Walk about fifty yards and take a left into Crown Colony Park. Walk about 250 yards and turn right onto Congress Street. Walk another 200 yards and you will see three buildings to your right, #300 is the middle building (behind the pond) Walk past the pond and turn right, then walk to the end of the pond and turn right again walk about 40 yards and enter #300 at the main entrance.
