Devine & Pearson’s “Dream…Do…” brochures for the Wentworth Institute of Technology domestic and international recruitment programs were honored at the recent 19th Annual Admissions Advertising Awards, sponsored by Admissions Marketing Report. According to Tom Devine, partner in the Quincy-based strategic communications firm, the domestic flyer received a bronze award in the “search piece” category and the international booklet earned a silver award in the “brochure” category, both for schools with 2,000 – 4,999 students.
“It’s exciting to have a program be successful and win awards,” comments Devine. “These brochures are part of a comprehensive campaign that helped the school exceed its enrollment goals for this academic year and we hope for next.”
The collaboration of Wentworth and Devine & Pearson produced a focused marketing effort aimed at enlisting new students in the 100-year-old career-oriented institution. A student-friendly Web site, print advertising campaign and updated collateral system, coupled with a broad outreach program comprised the initiative.
